Man Arrested for Third OWI Offense

BELOIT (WIFR) -- A Wisconsin man has been arrested for drinking and driving for the third time.

Beloit Police say that around 12:30 a.m. they pulled over 46-year-old Willie Hyler of Beloit in the area of Portland Ave and 3rd Street.

Hyler was arrested for OWI-3rd offense and also cited for speeding, operating a motor vehicle while having a revoked driver's license, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say he was also wanted for felony bail jumping from a previous incident.

Hyler was taken into custody and held at the Rock County Jail.
