JANESVILLE, WI (WIFR) -- A Janesville man has been arrested for the sixth time for operating while under the influence.
On Sunday after 10 p.m., police say they originally stopped 43-year-old Kevin S. Eyers on S. USH 51 by W. STH 11. The deputy noticed an odor and asked him to do a field sobriety test. He started to complain of a medical issue and was taken to Mercy Hospital. His blood alcohol content measured at .14.
He was taken to Rock County Jail. He will appear in court Monday at 3 p.m.
