Man Arrested for Burglary After Found Stuck in Snow Bank

ROSCOE (WIFR) -- A Rockford man is arrested for burglary after he was found stuck in the snow with alleged stolen property in a Roscoe subdivision.

Police say they were called to the Chicory Ridge Subdivision Friday for several reports of burglary. While investigating, officers came across a vehicle stuck in a snow bank with the driver nearby.

Officers allegedly found stolen property from the burglaries in his vehicle.

26-year-old James Pobol was arrested for five counts of criminal damage to property, six counts of burglary to motor vehicle, one count of residential burglary, possession of burglary tools, driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
