LOVES PARK (WIFR) -- 20-year-old Roger Glavin Jr. of Machesney Park was arrested by the Loves Park Police Department for the alleged charges of Aggravated Battery with a Firearm, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Unlawful Use of Weapon by a Felon, and No Foid Card.
The charges are believed to have occured on March 17, 2012 at Shorewood Park in Loves Park.
Glavin was lodged on these charges in the Winnebago County Jail, in lieu of $250,000 (10% bond).
