LOVES PARK (WIFR) -- On March 2, 2013, during a narcotics investigation at the Clayton House Hotel, Loves Park Police conducted searches that resulted in 5 arrests.

The five individuals were arrested and charged with:

Raymond Foote (59) of Rockford, was charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of Less than 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Tybesha Iverson (28) of Rockford was charged with Solicitation of a Sexual Act and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Joseph Kincade (25) of Edgerton, WI was charged with Possession of Less than 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine, Possession of Less Thank 2.5 Grams of Cannabis, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer, Violation of the Hypodermic Needle and Syringe Act and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kerry Kinsman (48) of Rockford, was charged with Soliciting for a Prostitute and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Chelsea Kosier of South Beloit, was charged with Possession of Less Thank 15 Grams of Crack Cocaine, Violation of the Hypodermic Needle and Syringe Act, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing Justice. Kosier is also being held on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
