WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WIFR) -- The Winnebago County Sheriff's department is still looking for leads in the case of Baby Noah. He's the newborn found among garbage in a Roscoe recycling plant this summer.
For months, police have been trying to find his parents. Anyone who might have any useful information is asked to call Crimestoppers.
