ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- If you want a say in who is running for your city, you have one day left to register to vote, for the February primary. The Rockford Board of Elections is open from 9-5 tomorrow. There is a grace period if you can’t make it down there, but you’ll have to register and vote on the same day. Absentee voting starts on Wednesday.
