ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Crusader Clinic has come up with a way to prevent facing the troubles of not being able to get in to see the doctor.
The "Kids Care Now" clinic is open for walk-in pediatric patients at the Crusader Community Health, 1100 Broadway. The "Kids Care Now" clinic was designed to extend patient care to those not able to schedule a same day appointment with a doctor. The clinic is staffed by two pediatric nurse practitioners and they are open weekdays from noon to 7:00 p.m. Last year nearly 19,000 kids were treated at Crusader Clinic.
