On 03-19-13 at 11:50 pm Officer Klementz observed a vehicle operated by Roger Tadder crossing the center-line on Harding St as well as Benton Ave. Officer Klementz initiated a traffic stop. Tadder went through a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Tadder failed the tests and was arrested for fourth offense Operating While Intoxicated. He later submitted to an evidently chemical test of his breath. The reported BAC value was .19g/210L breath. Tadder is currently being held at the Rock County Jail on the felony charge.
JANESVILLE (WIFR) -- A Janesville man has been arrested a fourth time for allegedly driving drunk.
Roger Tadder, 53, was pulled over by Janesville police Tuesday night after crossing into another lane. He was arrested after failing a series of sobriety tests, his reported BAC level was .19.
