Illinois Marks 150th Anniversary of Gettysburg Address

SPRINGFIELD, (AP) -- Governor Quinn was among those at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum to see and hear a hand-written copy of the Gettysburg Address.

The midnight reading marks the 150th anniversary of the speech Lincoln gave in Pennsylvania.

A Springfield journal reports more than 100 people lined up to hear and see the handwritten speech which is one of only five copies.
