STATELINE (WIFR) – While many of us want to hit the snooze button in the mornings, trainers at FitMe Wellness say we need to start getting excited about our workouts, saying we can never be too busy to hit the gym.
Trainers suggest we start rewarding ourselves for sweating in the gym and a new study may help us out. How about listening to an audiobook and exercising at the same time?
It’s called “temptation bundling” and it works, according to the study. The study shows if we only allow ourselves to hear the story at the gym, we will be more likely to workout. If audiobooks aren’t your thing, you can also load TV shows onto your device and only watch them when you’re at the gym.
