BELVIDERE (WIFR) -- For many families in the Stateline a Thanksgiving dinner is just not in the budget this year, that's why local organizations are making sure everyone has something to be thankful for this holiday season.
The Salvation Army, Belvidere Business Community and the Belvidere Ministerial Association held its Harvest Celebration Meal Tuesday night for families in need. This free meal included turkey, stuffing and all of the fixings. It cost about $8 and was paid for with the help of donations.
