ROCKFORD (WIFR) – The garbage collection for City of Rockford residents on Tuesday March 5, 2013 will be delayed due to severe weather conditions. Tuesday pick-up schedule will now occur on Wednesday March 6th, Wednesday pick-up will occur on Thursday March 7th and Thursday pick-up will occur on Friday March 8th.

Due to severe weather in Machesney Park, trash pick-up will be on Saturday March 9th instead of Friday March 8th.
