BOONE COUNTY (WIFR) – The Boone County State’s Attorney, Michelle Courier, announced that on January 29, 2013, 33-year-old Jose Lugo of Palatine was sentenced to 14 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for one count of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
On July 14, 2010, Lugo delivered about ½ kilogram of a substance containing cocaine to another in the parking lot of the Fiesta Market in Belvidere.
