UPDATE: DIXON (WIFR) -- The Dixon man accused of killing his wife, is now in jail. Brian Sigler was arrested this morning when he was released from the hospital. Police say on January 13th, Sigler strangled his wife, Yolanda, to death and stabbed himself inside their home on Lincolnway. Sigler has been charged with one count of first-degree murder.

Brian Sigler is still in the hospital with severe injuries. Police say they plan to arrest him once he has been treated and released.
UPDATE: Dixon Police are now closely watching a patient in the intensive care unit at KSB Hospital. They say he killed his wife and then tried committing suicide. 34-year-old Yolanda Sigler was found dead in her home on Lincolnway on Sunday. Police aren't saying how she died, but that her husband Brian is the only suspect. Brian is in the hospital with severe knife injuries. An autopsy for Yolanda has been postponed until tomorrow.
UPDATE: Police have confirmed the names of the two people involved in a horrific domestic violence case in Dixon on Sunday.
Brian Sigler has not yet been charged in the murder of his wife due to his extensive injuries. However, once out of ICU, police do plan to press charges on him.
It is unclear how Brian's wife Yolanda Sigler was killed. Her body was found inside the house after Brian was rushed to the hospital with extensive self inflicted wounds.
The investigation is ongoing, we will continue to keep you updated.
Investigators remain on the scene of a home in the 200-block of Lincoln Way. Police tell us a man called 9-1-1 asking for help. When emergency responders arrived, they tell us, they found him with what appeared to be self- inflicted wounds. They took him to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Moments later they discovered a woman's body inside of the home.
Investigators tell us more information will be released once the victim's family is notified.
