UPDATE: BOONE COUNTY (WIFR) -- An Auburn High School teacher was stabbed to death over the weekend.
64-year-old Ramon Fonseca was found in his home on Healthcliff Drive in Poplar Grove. Sheriff's deputies do not believe this was a random attack.
Fonseca taught Spanish at Auburn. Grief counselors will be available to students.
Police say 64-year-old Ramon Fonseca suffered a stab wound. They found his body a little after ten o'clock on Saturday morning.
They say someone dialed 9-1-1 from the home. The Sheriff's Department says they do not believe the attack was random.
