DEKALB (WIFR) – DeKalb County has joined a growing number of counties to start issuing same-sex marriage licenses now. An area couple has won a lawsuit against the county clerk.
Legally, any same-sex couple there can now be granted a license. Other Stateline county clerks say they’re planning on waiting until June 1st to start issuing them.
