ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Another group of students were recognized for being good citizens.
Fourteen seniors were honored in an annual program by the Daughters of the American Revolution. The group awarded students from several area schools like Auburn and Jefferson. Each student was nominated by administration from their school for their dependability, leadership, service and patriotism. That was also the theme of the annual essay scholarship where one lucky senior received a $500 check.
