DIXON (WIFR) -- The last two Dixon properties, formerly owned by Rita Crundwell, have been sold and another one is going to a relative. The house and land on Dutch road sold for $610,000 to Crundwell’s brother, Richard Humphrey Sr.
His son, Crundwell’s nephew had been living in the home. He’s also the one that bough Rita’s ranch on Red Brick Road.
Crundwell’s main house on U.S. Highway 52 sold for $400,000 to Dixon residents Wesley and Tammi Sherman. In total, Crundwell’s four properties sold for nearly three and a half million dollars. Her Florida house is still on the market.
