FREEPORT (WIFR) -- The City of Freeport has decided to dismiss charges against the Reverend Jesse Jackson.
You may recall the civil rights leader was one of a dozen or so people arrested back in October for trespassing on Sensata property. He stood in solidarity with former workers there who were upset their jobs were being outsourced to China. Charges have been dropped against everyone. Freeport mayor George Gaulrapp tells us it was actually Sensata who made the request.
