Beloit Shooting Suspect Arrested in Georgia

UPDATE: A suspect wanted for a shooting in Beloit is now heading back to Wisconsin in handcuffs.

Floyd Poe, 25, was arrested in Milledgeville, Georgia. Police say he was wanted on a warrant for a shooting that happened on June 27 in Summit Park.

BELOIT (WIFR) – A Beloit man wanted for a recent shooting may have also been involved in other serious crimes around the city.

Beloit Police are asking for our help finding Floyd Poe. Detectives say the 25-year-old shot someone in Summit Park in June. That victim survived. Officers say they also want to question Poe for several other violent crimes. He’s also wanted for violating his parole.

Investigators are also asking for our help finding Anthony Dumas and Damont Green. Dumas is wanted on a parole violation and officers say they want to ask him about some recent crime. Green is wanted for sexually abusing a child.
