BBB Warns of IRS Scam

STATELINE (WIFR) – Calls from scammers pretending to be with the IRS are continuing to hit the Rockford area.

The Better Business Bureau says scammers are using spoofed phone numbers to leave voicemails threatening people they will be arrested if they don’t pay their taxes.
