ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Plans are in the works to the give Rock Valley College's Mulford Campus a major face-lift over the next several years.
Trustees want to overhaul both classroom buildings on campus by 2018. The college also plans to add a $10 million performing arts venue.
That space would include a 500 seat theater for musical performances as well as a smaller theater space.
Trustees think they want this building to wrap around the current starlight theater. RVC had received a $34 million grant from the state to build a new arts instructional complex.
