ROCKFORD (WIFR) -- Rockford's west side now has a little less blight.
On Thursday crews started tearing down part of the old Amerock building on Auburn Street. The City of Rockford's attorney says they're knocking down just part of it, before renting it out to businesses. We haven't heard who plans to move in.
