Terrorism war games are coming to Rockford this weekend.
Local law enforcement along with the FBI and the Illinois state police and three Rockford hospitals are holding a terrorism drill in downtown Rockford Sunday.
A corded off area around the metro center, the state of Illinois building and Davis park will be used to stage a phony terrorism drill.
Traffic will not be allowed in the restricted area of Elm Street, Green Street, Church Street and the Rock River
Two years ago Rockford had a similar drill at rock Valley College. This drill will start at nine a-m and end at 5 p-m.
