A study was just released that provides evidence that tea consumption may support brain function, aid weight management and reduce the risk of heart disease, certain cancers & diabetes

23 News wants to do a medical story on the benefits of drinking tea. If you drink tea (especially green tea) for health reason's we would like to talk with you.

    I have been drinking hot Chinese green tea, two cups in the morning when I am on the internet, and I have lost 35 pounds in 2 1/2 years. The important part is to get the Chinese green tea. this article agrees with all the medical research i have found. this provides you do not decrease physical activity hoping the green teas will take care of the weight loss by itself.

    I drink reguler black tea at least 3 to 5 cups daily
