Clinton's Health Care Plan

Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton reveals her new approach to health-care she calls it the American health choices plan.

It requires every American to have health insurance with federal assistance but it comes with a 110 billion dollar a year price tag, some say it's kind of like states requiring drivers to purchase auto insurance.

Clinton says the US spends more than any other country on heath care but ranks 31st worldwide in life expectancy and 40Th in child mortality.
