Big Show in the Sky Wednesday Night

That's according to the Adler Planetarium in Chicago.

Starting Wednesday night people may see up to 100 meteors per hour as the Earth passes through the dust trail of Comet Swift-Tuttle.

The planetarium says the best time to see the meteor shower will be in the early morning hours Thursday, around 2 a.m., when the skies are dark.

The planetarium says to get the best view spectators should get away from city lights and look northeast.
