Three significant players in the international economic arena spent the morning at Rockford College to talk about the global economic recovery.
Two Asian ambassadors joined local congressman Don Manzullo who's the senior Republican on the house foreign affairs subcommittee on Asia and the pacific Ichiro Fujisaki from Japan and Thai ambassador Don Pramudwinai (purr-ah-mud-weh-nigh) talked about trends affecting u-s trade relations with East Asian countries.
"Here's an opportunity for Rockford College to hold a forum, and listen to two ambassadors whose countries have been through some pretty difficult economic times. And to learn some lessons from them on our recovery." Said Manzullo
Manzullo has previously arranged Rockford visits for ambassadors from Hungary, Korea and a previous ambassador from Japan.
