With thousands of people visiting waterfront this weekend it makes it difficult for people living down here to get around.
Even though it might be a bit of an inconvenience, but residents are taking it in stride.
Residents that live down inside the festival grounds don't have the ability to just get in their car and leave.
With the streets filled with people residents living inside the Luther retirement home had to either move their cars or face being stranded.
So a shuttle service was set up to help these people watchers get around. Something they say is fun and lets them enjoy the festival.
Now they say that they have all they can do to keep the wheel out of toots is hand hen the shuttle comes around twice an hour. A driver told me she should probably keep the driving to us.
