James Perry waived his right to a preliminary hearing during a court appearance in Madison, Wisconsin Tuesday.

He's charged with 41 felony counts related to a series of sexual assaults and attempted rapes dating back to the 1990’s.

Police in Madison say DNA evidence has linked him to a sexual assault in Roscoe. Detectives haven't released details of that case.

Perry has already been sentenced to 180 years in prison on separate federal charges for videotaping himself and another man molesting two girls.
