Beloit Brothers Plan Trip To Washington For WWII Vets
Two brothers in Beloit are working to help over a hundred World War veterans make a trip their father never had a chance make.

Mark and John Finnegan own an RV dealership in Beloit. Through a project they call Vets Roll, they'll use eight donated RVs and two charter busses to take over a hundred World War II veterans to Washington all free of charge. The vets will visit the new WWII memorial, something they say their father never had a chance to do. And since they are not just flying the vets out, they will all have a lot of time to share war stories along the way.
"Most of these veterans are in their mid eighties and early nineties, and it's just , there's so much rich history that we just won't be able to get back, " said Mark Finnegan.

Your dad would/is very proud of you guys!!!!
Thank you for the write up, but we'd like to note that the VetsRoll web site is www.VetsRoll.org (not vetsroll.com). If anyone knows of any WWII Stateline Veterans that may be interested in riding with, please contact Mark Finnegan at 608-207-8319.
