The Rockford Police Department showed off three new pieces of software designed at helping us fight crime. "Offender Watch" tracks and manages sex offenders in Rockford. "Doc View" is an online system that makes traffic accident reports available through the city of Rockford website and "leads on line" is an online investigative system that improves the reporting process for area pawn shops, second hand dealers, and scrap metal dealers.
