One person is wounded after a shooting last night in Winnebago County. Details are limited, but it happened around 10 p.m. near the intersection of Newburg Road and Naussau Parkway.
The wounds do not appear to be life-threatening.

The community is what we support and make it to be. Every city has problems but Rockford is not the best at supporting their own community, locally owned businesses, and overall growth because of the residents whom are afraid of anything new or change that might make things different but will most likely make things better. Try something new and then determine the cause of the problem. Every situation is different.

and just another reason to have carry conceal in illinois why dont people get this the visual aspect of a handgun in the hands of a responsible person deters crime its been proven state after state that has adopted open and carry conceal
