He's 29-year-old Chad Encheff. Winnebago County Sheriff's Deputies say he claimed to be one of them while trying to break up a large fight where he was working at Reverb's Bar on West State Street in Rockford. Encheff is charged with three counts of false impersonation of a police officer. Court records show he has done this before. In 2001, he was arrested for claiming to be a Rockford Park District Police Officer. He's out on bond and will be back in court March 15th.
