Back in September of 2007, Rudolfo "Rudy" Holguin was shot near Cunningham and Corbin. Police say he was riding in the back seat of a car when Martin Morales shot at the car, hitting Holguin in the head. He died shortly later.

Authorities say the shooting was gang related. Morales could spend the rest of his life in prison. His sentencing is set for March 9th.

Its sounds more like involuntary manslaughter. He must have had a Public Defender. They sell all the ethnics out.I don't know is he's innocent, but the facts seem to say Involuntary Manslaughter. Now, it will cost us taxpayers lots of money to keep this guy in jail for years where he will learn alot more than he knows now. What ever happened to intervention?
