A Jo Daviess County judge has ruled that an Elizabeth woman will be given a proper burial. Judge William Kelley Friday signed an order to allow the body of Mary Album to be buried in Pleasant Valley Township.
Albaum's body was discovered Aug. 9 while police tried to serve her son, Ben Belden, with and eviction notice from his rural Elizabeth home.
Albaum will be laid to rest next week.
