Injuries and death have prompted two recalls by major crib and stroller distributers.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled 20 models of Dorel Asia cribs with drop sides and fixed front rails. The CPSC says these drop sides can trap, suffocate or strangle small children.
Graco Inc. is recalling 1.5 million strollers that they say have hinges that can and have amputated children's fingertips.
These items have been sold nationwide. The strollers were sold from October 2004 to December 2009.
For more information on either one of these product recalls, call (800)345-4109 or visit www.cosc.gov.
