Winnebago Co. Board Member Forced to Step Down
A Winnebago County board member who has been asked to give up his seat for over a year, will finally step down, but not by choice.

Today a Winnebago County circuit judge ruled that Ted Biondo give up his seat to Carolyn Gardner.
Biondo was appointed to Mary Ann Aiello's seat last year, after she passed away. Biondo thought he could serve out her term until 2010. But Gardner, who ran for the seat in last November's election, says he had to take part in that election.
