Hacker Hits Temporary License Plate Database

Secretary of state spokesman Dave Druker says the FBI and secretary of state police are investigating. He says the main drivers license system was not compromised.

Druker says there was no evidence that any records were changed or erased. He says the only thing that could have occurred was someone being able to look at records and print copies.

Druker says it's the first time a secretary of state computer system has been hacked during Jesse White's tenure.

White's office issues about 1.2 million temporary plates a year.
