LaSalle County Sheriff Tom Templeton says the service will be held at 12 p.m. (at the corner of Church and Mill Streets) in Utica.
Templeton says he's expecting a large turnout of people who want to remember those who died while trapped below debris when the Milestone Tavern collapsed.
Utica Mayor Fred Esmond also plans to use the memorial as an opportunity to thank those who helped with rescue and relief efforts.
