Maribel Sotelo-Solis of Waukesha has also been convicted of three counts of injury by reckless driving.
Authorities say Sotelo-Solis tried to make a U-turn on Interstate 90 near Janesville and caused a fatal crash.
Seven people were in the car. Two were killed and three were badly injured.
The 25-year-old woman was driving without a license. She faces 30 years and six months in prison and deportation.
