Victim Refuses to Cooperate in Rockford Shooting
A man is shot in the stomach but won't give Rockford Police any information.

A man is shot in the stomach but won't give Rockford Police any information.
Police say the 23 year old man's injuries are non-life threatining. The shooting happened at a little before 8 o'clock Thursday night in the 1600 block of South 4th St. on Rockford's Southeast side.
The victim will not give police any details as to what happened or why. Police do not have any suspects in custody at this time.
