Company Spokeswoman Colleen Carroll says 25 salaried employees are losing their jobs because of a struggling economy, and an additional 150 people in its U.S. operations will also lose their jobs.
The company also announced ten unpaid furlough days that have been scheduled for next year.
Five will take place during the holidays and five during the week of August 9th.
This comes on the heels of cuts made there earlier this year. Right now, Rockford's Sundstrand employs about 2,200 workers.
