A big day for some Rockford 3rd graders, they've gone to the head of the class when it comes to science and technology. The Marsh Elementary students won the regional Explora Vision competition.
The kids had to imagine ideas for future technologies that could exist in 20 years. The Marsh students came up with a sonic brush guard which is a special mouth guard shaped tooth brush that brushes all our teeth at once. Plus, it plays a song so you know when brushing is complete.
The four are now headed to the national competition and they're already being featured in USA Today for their imaginative creation.
