Some stateline employees will see severance pay.
Former Beloit corporation employees will be compensated as part of a settlement with the company. State Rep. Dan Schooff says the first part of a settlement with the bankrupt manufacturer has been reached.
The agreement would provide $500,000 in severance pay to nearly 400 former workers. The state continues negotiations with the company.
