SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) -- One lucky winner has taken the two-and-three-quarter (M) million dollar jackpot for the Illinois State Lottery's latest Lotto game drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at a store in Decatur. It was the only one to match all six winning numbers from last night's Lotto drawing.
That means Saturday night's Lotto drawing will feature a jackpot of two (M) million dollars.
Besides the grand prize winner, 16 players matched five of last night's six winning numbers. Those tickets are good for second prizes of one-thousand-63 dollars apiece. Another 973 players matched four of the six numbers and will receive third prizes of 31-dollars-and-50-cents each.
The numbers drawn last night were: two, 12, 16, 27, 41 and 52.
