Money Goes to Fight AIDS

It's been called the greatest weapon of mass destruction in the world, and soon two countries battling with it will get $15 billion in assistance.

The White House is set to unveil details of President Bush's plan to fight AIDS in Africa and the Caribbean.

Congress approved the first spending three weeks ago, and officials are about to announce the first grants, but critics say time could've been saved by giving money to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, instead of setting up a new agency to spend it.
