Employees Take A Pay Cut

Workers at DaimlerChrysler in Canada are taking a pay cut to make sure the company invests more in their plant.

When the company signaled they might start looking elsewhere to make cars union leaders sought a yes vote to workplace changes that were previously rejected.

One change, eliminating premium pay, which could potentially cost each employee by $5,000 annually.
