School officials at Carl Sandburg Middle School believe that a rash that affected over 100 students there has finally run its course.
The itchy, red rash started to spread right after students returned from winter break. Its source is still unknown. The school nurse there says that a majority of the cases have cleared up.
A few students with the most recent cases of the rash had blood drawn last week, but results won't be in for up to two weeks.
